The room at Hotel Ghiffa was amazing! It had everything I needed, like a private bathroom, satellite TV, and air conditioning. The bed was super comfy too. I felt like I was in heaven!

The only thing I didn't really like was the well-equipped kitchenette in the apartment. But hey, that's just my personal preference.

The Penthouse room was nice but small, however the rest of the hotel appeared a little 'tired'. The staff on reception and the manager were both very helpful and co-operative when we had a problem and need assistance

Cleanliness: The rooms were newly renovated and had a modern touch. Hotel facilities: The terrace and its outstanding view were a highlight. Location right on the lake: We enjoyed having the choice of laying on our own personal terrace or heading down to the beach. Staff: The reception staff, particularly Valeria, were very friendly and helpful.

The location of the hotel with direct access and uninterrupted views of the lake, especially the bedroom's private balcony with sunbeds.

The menu for dinner was somewhat limited and the quality of the food at dinner was relatively disappointing, not reflecting the high quality of all other aspects of the hotel. I was surprised to find a single bed in the corner of the bedroom, booked as a deluxe double, as this took up valuable space that could have been given to an occasional table and chairs.

During my stay at this luxurious 4-star hotel, I was blown away by the stunning view of the lake from my superior room. The reception staff, especially Valeria, were extremely friendly and went out of their way to assist me. The room itself was spacious and comfortable, providing a truly enhanced level of comfort. One of the highlights of my stay was the convenience of the parking, although I'd recommend making a reservation in advance as availability can be limited during the day. Additionally, I loved the option of dining outside, either at Cannero or at the hotel's restaurant that the reception staff graciously helped me make reservations for.

Families seeking a top-notch hotel experience should definitely consider this place.

Beautifull place at lakefront

Overlooking stunning lake views, relaxing on a comfortable bed with nice linen was the best. The breakfast, although it could have been better, had unique options, like hot drinks from a machine and fruit juice. the parquet flooring in the public areas provides a touch of elegance.

I always choose this place for my stay. The staff helped return my forgotten headphones. It suits me perfectly, with Wi-Fi, free parking, 24-hour reception, a poolside snack bar, and a restaurant. I'm coming back for New Year.

This hotel is perfectly positioned right at the lake, offering stunning views from the terrace. The rooms are clean and spacious, with the top floor rooms having the added advantage of a large terrace overlooking the lake. The staff is friendly and attentive, providing excellent service throughout the stay. The breakfast provides a good variety of options to start the day. Additionally, the hotel boasts a private beach area, perfect for relaxing and enjoying the beautiful surroundings.

The lack of spa or jacuzzi facilities is a downside to this otherwise great hotel.

The pool, with a stunning position overlooking Lake Maggiore and a solarium terrace offering loungers and parasols, is perfect for having fun and enjoying the beautiful scenery.

The rooms and all the hotel interior were very outdated.
